Summer Intensive – Private Tutoring – Middle & High School Intensive

OPTION 1: 2h/week 

Don’t let the “summer slide” erase your teen’s hard work from the school year! Designed specifically for middle and high school students, our 2-Hour Weekly Intensive Track keeps their French sharp and active without overwhelming their summer break. It is the perfect balance for students balancing summer camps, sports, or family travel.

Over the course of 4 weeks (8 hours total), we focus heavily on building conversational confidence and bridge the gap between classroom grammar and real-world fluency. Using high-interest media—like short videos, current pop culture clips, and image-based prompts—we get teens talking about topics they actually care about, all while keeping their grammar foundations strong.

How it works:

Flexible scheduling to fit your teen’s summer routine. Choose how to split the 2 weekly hours:

• Option A: Two 1-hour sessions per week (Great for deep-dives and grammar reinforcement).

• Option B: Four high-frequency 30-minute sessions per week (Ideal for keeping immersion high and building quick conversational reflexes).

 

OPTION 2: 4h/week 

By immersing your teen in 4 hours of targeted French per week over a 4-week period (16 hours total), we replicate a language camp environment right from home. We focus on breaking the “mental translation” habit, pushing students to think and speak spontaneously. We pair rigorous vocabulary and sentence structure training with interactive storytelling (TPR Storytelling), reading, and listening modules.

How it works:

• Four 1-hour sessions scheduled throughout the week.

• A fully customized curriculum tailored to your student’s specific academic goals, weaknesses from the past school year, or upcoming syllabus requirements.
